Main roles and activities:
• Leading INTRASOFT’s International journey towards Agile@scale by leading the Agile Transformation Program.
• Continuously monitor, assess and report the projects’ performance and services against specific performance indicators, best practices and models;
• Trigger and drive internal process improvement initiatives across the organization;
• Highly involved in the project initiation phase, setting up the projects’ plans, involved in customer negotiations related to project methodology, deliverables, contractual and operational aspects, aiming to mitigate the project risks related to scope, quality, budget and on time delivery. Leading the teams of Information Security Consultants and Engineers, Quality Engineers and Principle Consultants in the area of Corporate and Project Governance and SW Metrics.
